Welcome to Hava. We are a purpose-driven company, part of Diet Doctor AB, headquartered in Sweden. Our mission is to empower people everywhere to revolutionize their health and make healthy living simple and accessible.

Diet Doctor Sweden AB, and any successor entity (referred to throughout as “Hava”, “we” or “us”), offers a variety of content and services through the Hava website and App (collectively, the “services”). By using our services, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions below.

Membership and billing terms

Free trial

Hava offers a 7-day free trial for initial signups. During this period, you can evaluate our services without charge. You have the option to cancel your membership during the trial period without incurring any cost.

Paid services and membership fee

By subscribing to Hava’s paid services, you agree to our billing terms. Our services are auto-renewable, providing you with the flexibility to cancel at your convenience. The membership fee is charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle (quarterly), and you authorize us to debit the fee from your chosen payment method.

The cost for the membership is $39 USD per quarter. Please note that prices may vary depending on your region due to differences in currency and applicable VAT. We reserve the right to modify the membership fees for Hava’s services. Any changes will be communicated in advance, giving you the option to cancel your membership if you do not agree with the new pricing.

Cancellation policy

Users can cancel their membership at any time through the app. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Please note, as per our policy, there are no refunds for partial use or for any period within an ongoing billing cycle, except under special circumstances at our discretion. For assistance with cancellation or any membership-related inquiries, please contact our support team at support@hava.co.

Refund policy

Users have the right to cancel their membership and claim a full refund within 14 days of starting the free trial (an administrative fee of $7 will be deducted from the refund). There are no refunds for termination or cancellation of your paid services after this period. If you no longer wish to subscribe to a paid service, it is your responsibility to cancel your paid service in due time, regardless of whether or not you actively use the paid service.

Memberships through app stores

If your Hava membership is initiated through an app store (Apple App Store or Google Play), the cancellation and refund process may differ according to the policies of the respective platforms. Please refer to the relevant platform's guidelines for more information on managing your membership.

Termination of services

Hava reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the platform in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, illegal activities, or actions that compromise the security or integrity of our services. We may also suspend or terminate services without notice if deemed necessary. Users will be informed of such actions and may appeal or seek clarification by contacting our support team at support@hava.co.

Accessibility and service interruptions

At Hava, we are dedicated to ensuring equal access to our services for all users, including those with disabilities. Our ongoing efforts focus on meeting relevant accessibility standards to provide an inclusive and user-friendly experience for everyone. We strive to remove barriers that may hinder access to information and features. However, Hava shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or damages resulting from such interruptions.

We reserve the right to provide updates, including automatic updates, for our services at our discretion. These updates may include upgrades, modifications, bug fixes, patches, and new features (“updates”). Certain aspects of our services may require these updates for proper operation, and your consent to automatic updates is expressly acknowledged. You agree that the terms, including any modifications, will extend to all updates provided. Hava retains the right to change, suspend, or terminate any or all services, including the availability of products, features, databases, or content, without obligation to provide prior notice or assume liability. We may also impose limitations on specific services or restrict access to parts or the entirety of the services.

Governing law

The services provided by Hava are governed by Swedish law, as Hava is a part of Diet Doctor AB (556777-8062), a company registered in Sweden.
